  • Event and Banquet Management: Basic skills needed to plan and execute events such as parties, meetings, and large banquets.

  • Basic Hospitality Accounting and Costing: Students learn the fundamentals of managing financials in the hospitality business, such as budgeting and cost control.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Techniques to enhance the guest experience, focusing on communication, resolving complaints, and providing top-notch service.
